Harvest at Ovation by Taylor Morrison will fill the 160 acre gap along New Hartzog Rd between Osprey Ranch, and a planned 472 Unit “Haven at Lake Britt” Apartments. With it’s New Hartzog Rd location, Harvest at Ovation will be one of the closest communities to Walt Disney World Resort with residents able to be on Disney properties within 5 minutes. Harvest at Ovation will have also have quick access to Disney’s new Flamingo Crossings commercial development with dining, entertainment, and retail. Of course, this means quick access to Disney’s theme parks as well. 38.44 acres of wetlands and 6.47 acres of surface wetlands. In addition, 2.5 acres of additional open space is spread throughout the community. The amenities will consists of a pool, cabana, butterfly garden, and ECHO playground.
Harvest at Ovation by Taylor Morrison will be home to 285 single family homes and 161 townhomes. The 160 acres community includes approximately 45 acres of wetlands and will retain 2.5 acres of open space spread throughout the community. Harvest at Ovation’s amenities will feature a pool, a cabana, a butterfly garden, and an ECHO playground. The community is part of the Withers Planned Unit Development, which is approved for at total of 814 homes. This planned development is also approved for a neighborhood center, up to 10,000 square feet of commercial uses, and two school sites. Taylor Morrison’s 446 home Harvest at Ovation will join Toll Brothers 368 home Westhaven at Ovation, which will consist of upscale townhomes and single family homes. Next to Westhaven at Ovation is the 55+ gated Del Webb Oasis with another 400 single family homes.
Ovation will also eventually feature it’s own commercial town center and 3 new schools. Other planned communities within Horizon West’s Ovation not mentioned here are Accolades at Ovation, Serenade at Ovation, Encore at Ovation, Gem Groves, and Northlake at Ovation.
