Hello Osprey Ranch!

Several new communities are popping up on the South end of Avalon Road in Winter Garden’s Horizon West.  We know of 4 communities so far off of New Hartzog Road, the first of which is Osprey Ranch!  Be sure to stay tuned for information on the other 3 communities.  Osprey Ranch will offer both new single family homes as well as townhomes! 

This is a heavily resort style community with a resort style pool and cabanas, a beautiful community gazebo, a tot lot for the kids, as well as a neighborhood lake with a walking path perfect for morning walks! 

The location of this community is really astounding.  It is minutes from the new Flamingo Crossings commercial development and the 429 to get wherever you need.  From your front door you can be on Disney theme park property in well under ten minutes.  To the north is all of Horizon West including shopping, dining, and entertainment in Hamlin. 

No word yet on sizes of the homes or the number of bedrooms and bathrooms so stay tuned for that information!
