The Westhaven at Ovation will feature luxury style single-family homes and townhomes!
Townhomes begin at $432,995. They begin at 1,760 square feet and go up from there, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. These are well-designed townhomes with opportunity to design and personalize certain aspects. These will be smart homes that feature a keyless front entry lock, a Wi-Fi controlled thermostat and a Wi-Fi garage control.
There are two options for single-family homes, Bungalows and Retreat. Beginning with the Bungalows; these start at $511,995. They will feature anywhere from 3-6 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, with a 2 car garage, and begin at 1,838 square feet and go up from there. The Retreat single-family homes start at $613,995 with anywhere from 3 – 7 bedrooms, 2 – 5 bathrooms, 2 – 4 car garages, and are either 1 or 2 stories. These begin at 2,109 square feet and increase from there. Both single-family style homes feature the smart home technology as the townhomes do. There are hundreds of designer options available to customize your home.
Nearby will be the new Flamingo Crossings development which features a Target, Starbucks, Five Below, PDQ, Five Guys and more! A perfect little center for a weekend shopping trip or grabbing a quick meal with the family! Hamlin Town Center is home to a Publix and Wal-Mart for weekly grocery shopping and household needs. A little further down the road is Winter Garden Village which has shops like Best Buy, Ross, Jo-Anns, Target, Red Robin, Panera, World Market, and more!
Nearby schools are Champions at Water Spring Elementary, Water Spring Middle, and Horizon High School.
Disney World theme parks are only 10 – 20 minutes down the road for easy access to enjoy a magical day!
