Coming soon is a plan for a 277-acre lakeside subdivision of Gem Groves! This new community will be home to 364 single-family lots! 

So far we know lot widths will range from 32 feet fro townhomes and up to 70 feet lots for single family homes. By the fall of this year sales should begin with homes sized running 1,500 to 1,830 square foot for townhomes as well as 1,800 to 4,500 square foot for single-family homes. Prices are currently unknown and are still being determined.

Gem Groves will be across from the Encore at Ovation community with some homes fronting Star Lake.  The Ovation village is located on the south end of Horizon West and will give resident extremely quick access to Disney property via Western Way as well as access to dining and retail at Flamingo Crossings.
