This community will be built on 186 acres north of Star Lake.  This community is also north of the planned Gem Groves community and the first residential community in this village, Encore at Ovation. Just south of Encore is another 227 home community is planned called Serenade at Ovation.  

The Northlake at Ovation neighborhood will be built in four phases and will consist of both townhomes and single family homes.  The developers plans show 258 total single family homes and 127 alley entry garage townhomes.  The first phase will consist of approximately 180 homes.  It appears there will be many lakefront lots available on Star Lake and other smaller lakes bordering the community.
