The builder also revealed plans to release the first 10 lots in the community soon.  Silverleaf Reserve will be the first community built in the massive new Silverleaf development just southwest of New Independence Blvd and Avalon Blvd in Winter Garden’s Horizon West.  The builder, Meritage Homes, plans to release the first ten homesites on June 17th.  Prospective buyers will need to join a priority list which opens at noon tomorrow June 17th.  

The models are expected to be completed in early 2023 and it’s estimated that the first closings will be in summer of 2023.  There will be two home types in the community, an alley garage bungalow on 34 foot lots and the signature 50s on 50 foot lots.

 

The HOA requires an initial contribution of $1500 and monthly fees of $140.  The community will not have a CDD.

The amenity center is planned as part of phase 2.  

The builder is offering a $7,000 closing cost incentive for using their preferred lender and indicated their will be more releases in July.
