Horizon West’s Village I, deemed Ovation, continues to grow with this new development in southwest Orange County bordering the Lake County line in the Four Corners area.  Accolades at Ovation is planned to the south of the planned 227 new home community, Serenade at Ovation. 

Accolades at Ovation will feature 463 new homes when completed with approximately 75% of the homes being single family homes and the remainder being townhomes.  The total development covers around 116 acres and includes 10 acres of wetlands.  

Lot sizes within Village I are smaller than previous Horizon West communities with single family homes sites possibly starting at 32 feet wide.  As land has gotten more expensive, builders are also looking to take these homes more vertical and we may see some 3 story detached homes and townhomes as tall as 4 stories.  

Like the other communities underway or planned within Ovation (Village I) Accolades at Ovation will have quick access to Disney’s new Flamingo Crossings commercial development with dining, entertainment, and retail.  Of course, this means quick access to Disney’s theme parks as well.  Ovation will also eventually feature it’s own commercial town center and 3 new schools.  Other planned communities within Horizon West’s Ovation are Serenade at Ovation, Encore at Ovation, Gem Groves, Northlake at Ovation, Osprey Ranch, Westhaven at Ovation, and the 55+ gated Del Webb Oasis.
