Time again to let you know about the new communities showing up! Today we have our eyes set on Del Webb Oasis. Like the communities we have shared the last few days, Del Webb Oasis is also located on the New Hartzog Road.
Del Webb is known for their gated 55+ resort style communities and this one fits the bill with amenities like a pool with private poolside cabanas, a fitness center with Technogym equipment, and outdoor fire pits!
Prices for the community are currently unavailable but they will be offering single family homes ranging from 1,579 – 3,453 sq ft. The homes also offer anywhere from 2-4 bedrooms, 2-5 bathrooms, and 2-3 car garages!
Location is everything in this spot! Nearby is a Publix, a Wal-Mart Super Center and a Goodies SuperMarket. This community is conveniently located right by 192 and 27 which gives easy access to many dining options such as Manny’s Chophouse, Bahama Breeze, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Chuys, Bonefish Grill, and much more! The community is placed minutes from Disney’s theme parks for easy access whenever the family wants to enjoy a lovely day at any of the theme parks!
