If you’re familiar with the Hamlin area of Horizon West you’ve probably been curious as to what all the construction along the west side of Avalon Rd is near the end of New Independence Parkway. This development is anchored on the north end by large buildings which you likely already know are the future Hamlin Elementary School and Hamlin Middle School which are both expected to open in the fall of 2022.

Hamlin also has future dining and entertainment planned such as the new Tiger Woods PopStroke golf concept, the lakefront Tiki Docks Bar & Grill, and further down the road is Winter Garden Village which contains great places to eat like Macaroni Grill, Red Robin, and Aji Sushi, as well as fun places to shop like Target, Ross, and Best Buy!
This community will have easy access to commuter roads such as SR-429, SR-50, and US-27.
