Mezzano Community coming to Horizon West

A quaint new community is coming to Winter Garden with plenty of townhomes in the extremely desirable Horizon West!

96 homesites will be ranging from 3 – 4 bedrooms, 2.5 – 3.5 bathrooms, and anywhere from 1,840 – 2,024 square feet. Original plans had shown 99 homes so we will have to see what the final outcome turns out to be, but as of now it’s set at 96. The community will have be in close proximity to S.R. 429 for easy access to commuter roads. Mezzano will be minutes away from downtown Winter Garden, Walt Disney World Resort, Orange County National Golf Course, and a wide array of schools. 

The exact location as to where along Avalon road it will be is unclear at the moment but sketches show the property to be bordering Reedy Creek property so it is expected to be along the southern portion of Avalon Road.
