A new major development in Clermont looks to rival Winter Garden’s Horizon West

High on a hilltop in Clermont Florida is the site of a new community being developed with multiple renowned homebuilders.  The community is located in the heart of a major future development in the city of Clermont.  This new community is the first of many and is nestled amongst the planned Wellness Way Town Center and the 243 acre olympic training center named Olympus. Looking at future plans for the area, it appears Wellness Way could be to Clermont as Horizon West is to Winter Garden.

The entrance to Ridgeview is located across the street from Lake Louisa State Park.
The model homes are currently under construction.

Roadways have been installed in the first of 5 phases and the model homes are currently at the slab stage.  Buying a home in this community in these early phases could be a prime opportunity for appreciation as the builders raise prices and copious planned development in built out.

Catania Loop is part of Phase 1 of Ridgeview and will be located near the community playground and pool.
This section will also feature a green space with wonderful views of Trout Lake.
Select homes will also share this view.

The Olympus Sports Complex is planned to break ground later this year and will be home to “ multi-sport training and competition venues; leading-edge wellness, health and fitness facilities and a village that features sports-themed, world-class hotels, restaurants, shops and entertainment.”1  Olympus will also feature retail shopping, dining, and entertainment options walking distance from the community.

The entrance to the community is directly across the street from the entrance to Lake Louisa State Park.  The state park offers many amenities such as wildlife viewing opportunities, access to 3 major lakes for waters sports such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. The park also features 7 miles of paved roadways and 20 miles of unpaved trails for hiking and biking through the rolling hills of Clermont with amazing lake views.

The first of 5 phases is selling now.
This will be the first of many communities in this area and represents a prime time
to purchase real estate in the path of progress.

With the hilltop location, the new community will feature sweeping views of both Lake Louisa across Highway 27 as well as the smaller Trout Lake.  This first neighborhood in the area will be home to approximately 600 single-family homesites.  Community amenities will include a pool, cabanas, gas grills, and green spaces with sweeping views of Trout Lake.

The area is currently zoned for Sawgrass Bay Elementary , Windy Hill Middle, and East Ridge High School but it’s important to note that with all the new development in this area it is likely new schools will be built and/or zoning will be changed.

A new toll road is planned to connect Hwy 27 south of the community to the 429 Toll Road making a much quicker commute to Orlando.
