A new single-family home community is underway at the intersection of Hartwood Marsh Road and Hancock Road in Clermont. The community is positioned along the future Hancock Road extension which will extend into planned Wellness Way town center anchored by Olympus, Clermont’s future 243 acre olympic training facility.
The location of this new Clermont community will provide quick access to Highway 27 as well as State Road 429 once the Lake-Orange County Connecter is completed in the coming years. This new planned toll road will connect Highway 27 to SR 429 just south of Lake Louisa State Park. This will allow for an easy commute to downtown Orlando. The western end of Disney World is an easy drive from the location currently, and will become even more accessible as development in the area continues.
The community will be home to a community swimming pool with cabanas and 321 single-family homes with lots 40, 50, and 60 foot wide. The homes will be a mix of Craftsman and Florida Traditional architecture. The homes will all be front load garages in both two and three car variations.
If you would like to see floor plan and elevation choices, be sure to fill out our interest form below. The eleven different floor plan choices in the community range from a 1,856 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath single story home to a massive 6 bedroom 4 bath 4,170 square foot two story home. Prices will start in the mid 300s and range into the high 500s or more for a larger, well appointed home. An updated post about Hartwood Landing is available here.
