The developer for an exciting new addition to Downtown Winter Garden, has released floor plans and artist renditions of what their new community will look like.  F&J Developers posted the details on their website.  This upscale townhouse community will be located at the corner of Plant St and Park Ave on the west side of our vibrant downtown.  The community is located right along the West Orange Trail.  There will be 32 townhouses in the community spread amongst 7 buildings.

According to the developers website, floor plans range from 1777 heated square foot in their 2 story units up to a 2432 square foot unit comprised of 3 stories with the option of an elevator.  Each townhouse will have a 2 car garage.  According to the sign posted on the property, the prices are expected to start in the 400’s.
